Job Overview

Branch Support Specialist will assist in the day-to-day functions of the Branch Support Team to ensure that all processes are running efficiently. They will serve as a central dispatch to facilitate interdepartmental communication via phone and email with all fairway departments.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain a large amount of inbound incidents
  • Identify the needs of the network, research the questions and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Assist in resolution of branch issues to include; loan level problems, general questions, troubleshoot issues with DO/DU/LPA/GUS, guideline support and Encompass related questions, etc.
  • Keep up to date on department communications
  • Ability to maintain performance standards set by Management

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Experience working within Encompass or comparable LOS System
  • Experience running Automated Underwriting Systems ( DO/DU/LPA/GUS)
  • Demonstrate Customer Service skills
  • Demonstrates Decision Making Skills
  • Ability to Multi-Task

Required Education and Experience
  • Associates Degree or Equivalent work experience
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of business acumen
  • Strong attention to detail, with written and oral communication skills

Physical Environment
  • This is primarily an in office/ remote position
  • Normal office environment
